Nominations
The nomination period for this will commence at 9am on 9 October 2015. All prospective candidates who want to stand for
election must formally submit their nomination between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank
holidays) until 4pm on 16 October 2015. Please note the nomination form and consent to nomination must be submitted by
hand and cannot be submitted by post, fax, email or other electronic means.

Registering to Vote
To vote at this election, you must be registered on the electoral roll by 27 October 2015.
Postal Vote
The deadline for applying for a postal vote is 5pm on 28 October 2015. Postal votes will be issued on the following days:

Proxy vote
The deadline for applying for a proxy vote (except for emergency proxy applications) is 5pm on 4 November 2015.
Election Day
The poll will be held on the 12 November 2015 between 7am and 10pm.

If you would like to appoint agents, the appointments for counting and polling agents must be submitted by 4pm on 5 November 2015.
Verification and Count
The verification and count will be held in the Easton Hall immediately after the close of Poll on the 12 November 2015. Please note that you may not attend the Verification and Count without prior approval from the Returning Officer.
Postal vote opening
Postal vote opening will be held at. South Norfolk House Swan Lane, Long Stratton, Norwich, NR15 2XE. The postal vote opening dates indicated below may be cancelled if no or insufficient postal votes have been received.
