Easton Covid Recovery Fund
In May 2021 the Parish Council set aside £10,000 to help local groups get back on their feet after the pandemic, while things are starting to get back to a new normal groups have lost members and much-needed revenue to keep going as we move forward as a community. After some time we have now received voluntary support to finally move this grant scheme forward.
Applications will open from the 14th of October 2021 and close at midnight on the 26th of November 2021.
Decisions on awarding grants will be made by 14th January 2022
Please note any unsolicited contact with the grant assessor or members of the Parish Council to attempt to obtain a positive outcome for your grant application may result in your application being refused.
The final decision on awarding a grant is at the discretion of a majority vote of the Parish Council members.
Grants must be for the benefit of the residents of Easton. Grants are available for amounts between £50 and £2,500, amounts over £200 will be provided on a match-funding basis.
The group must be a charity, voluntary or community organisation and must be formally constituted
The group must be able to demonstrate that any funding from the Parish Council will in the main benefit the residents of Easton.
